Men who do not socialize a lot tend to handle emotions by themselves. They do not communicate and instead ruminate and attempt to analyze their feelings alone. This renders them more thoughtful as opposed to expressive. They can be much, but not always demonstrate it.

They do not want the superficial dialogue or big social groups. And what they would rather have are some authentic, intimate ties. They also need time before they can trust, however when they do it becomes loyal and present. They are more concerned with the quality rather than quantity.
They Overthink Social Interactions
Their minds keep repeating themselves after any conversation. They reflect on what they said, the sound, and the way other people might have felt. This obsessiveness may cause socializing to be tiresome. That is one of the reasons why they do not opt to engage in it as frequently.
They Protect Their Energy
It is exhausting to be among too many individuals instead of exhilarating. They are choosy in their destination and the people they associate with. It is not about not being with people but keeping them sane in their minds. They like working in calm places rather than in a messy place.
They Struggle to Express Vulnerability
They are not easy to open up emotionally even when they put their trust in a person. They can be afraid of being misinterpreted or being judged. Therefore they remain silent instead of talking and they think things over in their mind. This is capable of making them appear distant even when their care is strong.
They Observe More Than They Speak
In society, they tend to be silent spectators. They observe facts, actions and feelings that may not be interpreted by others. This provides them with better insight into people. They speak little, but ever know what is going on.
They Build Strong Inner Worlds
Time alone enables them to have abundant thoughts and views. They are not as shallow in their reflection about life and goals and personal growth. This inner world is a source of light and power. It influences their perception of relations and life in general.
They Take Time to Open Up
Trust cannot be given easily, it is painfully developed. They do not jump into emotional intimacy. However, when they are sure that they are safe, they can be surprisingly open and sincere. Their relations can be slow, yet they can be very strong and enduring.
They Feel Misunderstood at Times
People cannot tell everything and therefore, they are misjudged due to their failure to do it externally. We are able to regard them as remote, indifferent or cold. As a matter of fact, they are merely personal and considerate. This disintegration of reality and perception makes them feel misunderstood.
